What are your payment options? Can I pay at the office in person?

Through our quote, we provide a few payment options such as:

– Credit Card (via our secure payment gateway)
– EFT option using bank transfer

Can you NAATI certify and stamp my official translation from my country? Will it be cheaper?

Unfortunately, we cannot certify a translation from another translator. In Australia certified translations must be prepared from scratch by a NAATI certified translator. It is actually illegal to certify existing translations, because a certified translator attest that the translation is his own genuine translation.

Are your translations by NAATI certified translator, NAATI accredited translator OR NAATI approved translator?

All our translations are prepared by 100% NAATI certified translators and guaranteed acceptance by all Government authorities.

How much does certified translation (NAATI) cost?

A standard one-page document/page starts at $ 70.00 per page. However, we do need to sight the document to confirm whether the document falls within the standard category to confirm the price.

Do you also send me the hard copies by post?

We can send you the hard copies of your translations should you require them. We will post the hard copies either by normal post or express post, you can elect which option suits you best when you receive your quote.
